Mall Environment and Mall Value as Antecedents of Customer Loyalty in Shopping Malls: Evidence from Sub-Saharan Africa

Shopping malls contribute significantly to a nation’s economic activities, as demonstrated by the significant investment in sub-Saharan Africa’s retail industry. The impact of shopping on communities’ socio-economic conditions cannot be overlooked, they have implications for employment opportunities, national income, and infrastructure development. However, number urban areas increases, it is important operators understand factors that attract sustain customer loyalty. This study adopts regression analysis approach identify influencing loyalty malls. Mall environment mall values were used predictors was conducted Lagos State, Nigeria, due prevalence nature settlement. A survey 300 respondents conducted, with 277 responses found usable. findings indicate value has positive effect loyalty, but does not. there joint both Additionally, finds age plays major role mediating these predictive relationships. practical implication investors market provided.
